This Pofis catalog of 108 pages with color illustrations is the work of the Union of Czechoslovak Philatelists under the direction of Author Collective, M. Langhammer, V. Jambor, P. Gebauer and M. Fencl.
Page 107 has a detailed description on how to put together a collection of this material. There are three basic types of the Apost labels, plain used instead of a postage stamp, registration label, and a label with a message, for instance ” Vizovice 155 let Posty.”
All Apost labels are cataloged by alphabetical order, their value listed by numbers 1, 2, or 3, 1 being the most common and 3 most valuable. Page 105 explains the grading in detail. In general, pricing differentiates between 1 Kc to 300 Kc per label. The Apost labels are currently collected in three ways: Either soaked off paper (almost impossible to achieve) or cut of paper along the labels borders. On piece along with other applied labels and the address (from Parcel Post) on covers.
